DMCA Policy for OvO-Unblocked.online
OvO-Unblocked.online respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects our users to do the same. Consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we maintain the following policy addressing alleged copyright infringement.
How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notification (DMCA Notice)
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that material on OvO-Unblocked.online infringes your rights, please send a written notice pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; if multiple works are involved, a representative list is sufficient.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it on the site (for example, the exact URL(s)).
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and (if available) email address.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Upon receiving a compliant notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the reported material and will take reasonable steps to notify the uploader or account holder.
Important: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), your written counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which OvO-Unblocked.online may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.
When a valid counter-notification is received, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our discretion.
Policy on Repeat Infringers
OvO-Unblocked.online enforces a repeat-infringer policy. Where appropriate and in our sole discretion, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
